Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholder on 30 May 2025 at 9.00pm.

The liquidator fixes 10 July 2025 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
