Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Janet Sprosen and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AWARD CARPETS (NZ) LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 30 May 2025 at 11.15am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 6 July 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
