Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 5689029, 3983599, 6245009 and 6270411

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 3 June 2025 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, at the below times:

• MEAD CABINETRY AND INTERIORS LIMITED at 9.00am.
• LIFESTYLE FINANCE LIMITED at 10.22am.
• CDD ADMINISTRATION LIMITED at 10.22am.
• M.C BROTHERS LIMITED at 12.15pm.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 2 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
