DJP (NZ) LIMITED (previously known as BUTELINE NZ LIMITED) (in liquidation) at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholder. A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
