Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 the undersigned was appointed liquidator of each of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders.

The directors of each of these companies have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The liquidations commenced on 22 May 2025 at 10.15am, 10.15am and 10.30am respectively.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

The liquidator does hereby fix 13 June 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
