Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Company Nos.: 8233744, 6195129, 8311610 and 6257708

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on 19 May 2025 at 11.10am, 11.07am, 11.06am and 11.08am respectively. The appointments were made on the applications of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 24 June 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
