Geoff Falloon, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed voluntary administrator of the limited partnership on 22 December 2025 and became liquidator automatically on the termination of the deed of company arrangement on 15 May 2025 at 5.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed the 25 June 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Licensed Insolvency Practitioners
