Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KINGS ELECTRICAL SERVICES AUCKLAND LIMITED, KINGS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LIMITED and KINGS ELECTRICAL SERVICES CHRISTCHURCH LIMITED (all in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 15 May 2025 at 10.24am, 10.25am and 10.26am respectively on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 23 June 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
