Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HUIA LIVING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 8 May 2025 at 11.28am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of 3RN Investments Limited.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PB7 TRUCKLINE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 14 May 2025 at 7.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 25 June 2025.
