Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRANS-PACIFIC MARINE LIMITED (trading as Trans Pacific Marine Ltd) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 14 January 2025 at 12.35pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 14 February 2025.
