Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders of BBK HORTICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 5 May 2025 at 4.17pm and in the solvent liquidation of GRAFTON PROPERTY LIMITED (in liquidation) on 8 May 2025 at 1.28pm.

The liquidators fix 15 June 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
