Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 7 May 2025 at 4.07pm DKW PERSONNEL (DUNEDIN) LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Robin Crimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of RAC Insolvency Limited, was appointed liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 11 June 2025. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
