Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Under Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Simon Rogan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of shareholders on 23 April 2025 at 10.30am. This is a solvent company liquidation.

The date 29 May 2025 is fixed as the last day creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
