Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FREEMAN NOMINEE LIMITED, MCAF SMART NOMINEES LIMITED, MCIF NO. 6 LIMITED and MCAF NO. 7 LIMITED (all in liquidation).
FREEMAN NOMINEE LIMITED at 10.00am, by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
MCAF SMART NOMINEES LIMITED at 10.00am, by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
MCIF NO. 6 LIMITED at 10.00am, by the board of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Act.
MCAF NO. 7 LIMITED at 11.00am, by the board of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Act.
These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, the companies’ directors signed a declaration for each company that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of these declarations were delivered to the Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to the liquidators by 19 May 2025.
