Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

In accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Douglas Mark Andrew Burgess, Solicitor, was appointed liquidator of MJAS INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholder on 16 April 2025 at 10.00am.

The directors have signed a solvency certificate pursuant to section 243A of the Act.
