A R H LIMITED and TAVOLA 2003 LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Jessica Jane Kellow and Iain Bruce Shephard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on 14 April 2025 at 12.52pm.
Please note, the companies are solvent and are being liquidated as they have completed the purpose for which they were incorporated. The directors have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the companies are able to pay its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 26 May 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
