Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Janet Sprosen and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of JOSH DALTON BUILDERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 11 April 2025 at 11.13am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 19 May 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
