Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on 7 April 2025 at 10.46am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 12 May 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
