Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FREAR SURVEYORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 April 2025 at 1.05pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation on 2 April 2025, the company’s director signed a declaration for the company that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of the declaration was delivered to the Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 8 May 2025.
