Notice is hereby given that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidations commenced on 7 April 2025 at 4.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 May 2025.
