Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Larissa Helen Logan, was appointed liquidator of FAUSSFLOW INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Hamilton on 7 April 2025 at 11.15am. The applicant creditor was Landseer Motor Investments Auckland Limited (trading as Andrew Simms).
We fix 31 May 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
