Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DPAC PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 7 April 2025 at 7.39am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.
