Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of 4M HEPBURN LIMITED, 4M ENNISMORE LIMITED and KONEY & TUCKER LIMITED (all in liquidation) on 26 March 2025 at 1.00pm, 26 March 2025 at 11.00am, and 3 April 2025 at 1.00pm, respectively, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124), as liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidator fixes 12 May 2025 as the date that the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
