PM CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 31 March 2025 at 2.50pm PM CONSTRUCTION LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 9 May 2025. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
