Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Vlasic, Certified Practising Accountant of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special shareholders’ resolution on 27 March 2025 at 6.30am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 16 May 2025 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
