Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAP TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 28 March 2025 at 10.55am on the application of the New Zealand Transport Agency.

We fix 4 May 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
