Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed joint and several liquidators of ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 31 March 2025 at 11.30am. This is a solvent liquidation.
Notice is given the liquidators fix 19 May 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
