Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DIVERSE ENGINEERING 2020 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 28 March 2025 at 11.11am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 4 May 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
