Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Richard Nacey and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEECH LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 28 March 2025 at 12.25pm.

We fix 28 April 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
