Notice is herby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), the shareholders of the company appointed Hamish Mexted, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the companies. The liquidations commenced on:

FLIGHT GROUP LIMITED at 2.47pm

The companies are solvent and are being liquidated as they have completed the purpose for which it they were incorporated.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 April 2025 as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
