ACCELERANDO LIMITED (trading as HappyMoose) (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 13 March 2025 at 2.30pm, ACCELERANDO LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 15 April 2025. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
Pursuant to sections 25(4)(a) and (b) the company name was changed. Previous company names: 2Zelex Limited and Happymoose Limited.
