Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FORREST & BOYD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 14 March 2025 at 10.09am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
