Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Stephen White and Craig Sanson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of LORD LOGGING LIMITED in the High Court at Napier pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 13 March 2025 at 2.27pm on the application of New Zealand Transport Agency.

We fix 11 April 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
