Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Stephen Robert White and Janet Sprosen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHERRI GLOBAL LIMITED, CHERRI HOLDINGS LIMITED and CHERRI MACHINERY LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 8 March 2025 at 11.51pm.

We fix 8 April 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
