XTREME JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of XTREME JOINERY LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 7 March 2025 at 10.15am on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 14 April 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
