Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Company Nos.: 1921606 and 8221511

The above-named companies were placed into liquidation on 6 March 2025 at 7.00pm, and 7 March 2025 at 3.30pm, by special resolution of the shareholders of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 8 April 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
