Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Judith Shields and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WILSON BARBECUE WILLIS LANE LIMITED (in liquidation) pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 5 March 2025 at 2.00pm by the special resolution of the shareholder.

We fix 5 March 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
