Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders of Y2Y COLWILL LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 February 2025 at 3.58pm and in Y2Y SWANSON LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 February 2025 at 4.00pm.

The liquidators fix 14 April 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
