Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Bennett & Associates, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of TOP ENERGY NGAWHA SPA LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 18 December 2024 at 8.50am.
The liquidation is to be carried out for the purposes of reorganization of the shareholders’ affairs. A solvency certificate has been completed and the shareholders confirm that the company can discharge all its known debts.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 31 January 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
