Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the trust by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 28 February 2025 at 11.05am upon the petition of John Grant Collett.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 28 April 2025, as the date on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
