Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that MRL PROPERTY 2023 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 28 February 2025 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator.
