Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by shareholder special resolution on the following date and times:

27 February 2025

NZ LIVING KUPENGA LIMITED at 9.00am.

NZ LIVING ORANGA LIMITED at 9.10am.

The director of the companies has signed a declaration under section 243A of the Act stating that the companies will be able to pay their debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 25 April 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
