RMS CONTRACTING (WELLINGTON) LIMITED, TW CIVIL LIMITED and TW GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (all in receivership and in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that on 24 February 2025 at 9.00am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
The liquidators fix 7 April 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
