Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2025 at 10.47am, George Bannerman and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP147 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE STARJAM CHARITABLE TRUST (“Trust”) by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Mark Williamson, Chair of the Trust.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 25 April 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
