Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ANDSSR TRANSPORT LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 25 February 2025 at 10.55am on the application of the Inland Revenue Department.

We fix 4 April 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
