Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies on the following date, time and method:

• FULCRUM SCAFFOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 December 2024 at 2.00pm, pursuant to special resolution of shareholders.
• PNB LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 December 2024 at 11.46am by resolution of creditors at a watershed meeting of creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 15 February 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
