Notice of Execution of Deed of Company Arrangement

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993 that on 22 December 2025, a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) was executed for the above-named companies. Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as deed administrators.
