Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Brian Francis and Garry Cecil Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, give notice that we were appointed joint and several administrators of the company on 11 December 2025 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held via AVL on 23 December 2025 at 1.30pm. An AVL link will be provided to all interested parties and upon request.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators

Administrators are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
