Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that on 21 November 2025 at 4.00pm, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several administrators of the above-named companies pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against any of the above-named companies, including any details of any claims made against their assets pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address noted below. Details of any claim should be provided by 2 December 2025.

Notice of Joint First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the companies will be jointly held in accordance with sections 239AL and 239AN of the Act on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at 9.30am at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Auckland Limited, Level 12, ANZ Centre, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland 1010.

If any creditor wishes to object to the joint meeting, they must submit their objection to the administrators to the address noted below, to be received by the administrators no later than 5.00pm on Thursday, 27 November 2025. If no objection is received in accordance with this notice, creditors will be taken to have agreed to the joint meeting. Notwithstanding that the meeting may be a joint meeting, voting for the relevant resolutions will be conducted separately for each of the companies.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is for creditors of each of the entities to decide:

1. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
