Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Brian Francis and Garry Cecil Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, give notice that we were appointed joint and several administrators of the companies on 24 October 2025 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held on 6 November 2025 at 9.00am NZT on Zoom.

The administrators intend to hold a joint meeting of the related companies in accordance with section 239AL of the Act. A creditor may object to a joint meeting by sending written notice to the administrator’s postal or email address by 4 November 2025 at 9.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditors’ committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.

Administrators are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
